Nanny Payroll Solutions online tool takes care of the payroll processing details and data storage while allowing you to maintain control over the payment of wages to your employees.

The payroll deduction calculator provides you with a simple way to calculate salary, bonus, taxable benefits and other income as well as calculating tax and other payroll deductions, including Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Employment Insurance (EI).

Our basic service package allows you to manage the payroll function for one or more employees. The package includes unlimited access to the payroll calculator and allows you to retrieve historic data and reports 24/7/365.

We offer T4 preparation services which are available after December 31 of each year. This includes all slips and summaries ready to be filed with Canada Revenue Agency.

We can charge your preferred credit card the annual cost during Sign Up or if you prefer we will charge your credit card monthly.

T4 Slips and summaries can be purchased for $35.95.

An employer is required to provide an employee with a Record of Employment when an employee ceases employment. We can assist you with the preparation of a ROE.
